Sunncamp Evolution 600 6 berth tent

The geodesic design makes this a very stable and comfortable family tent. Good head room, very light due to ample windows, including one in the living area ceiling (great for rainy days) and mud protection from the sewn in groundsheet and extraextra valence. It is smaller but sturdier than the Coasline Deluxe and on the whole has a higher quality feel to it. Again, six adults would be a squeeze but it is ample for a family of five.

Coleman Coasline Deluxe 6 berth tent

A lightweight, roomy and airy tent from the Coleman Deluxe range. Bedrooms are easily removed to increase living space on rainy days and to utilize front porch (side entrance use only when end bedroom is erected). The seperate bedroom (right side in the diagram) does feel cramped with two people due to the tapering wall but is fine for one adult or two small children.

Sunncamp Prism 8 berth tent

This unusual family tent has a fantstic spacious feel due to its high ceiling. At 230 cm high, it is cavernous, cool and surprisingly sturdy. The two sleeping compartments are perhaps a little too tight for four adults each, but unlike most tents the near vertical walls mean that there is no tapering towards the floor. Perfect for long stays, families of 4-7, or a shorter break for 8 adults.

Wynnster Raven 8 berth tent

This tunnel tent from Wynnster makes good use of space with sleeping compartments at either end of the 730 cm floor plan. These two compartments can be divided again by an interior curtain, to give 4 bedrooms, each comfortably fitting a double air bed. Not as sturdy or high as the Prism, it offers far more ground space and really can fit 8 people.
