Deposit and Payment


We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or online card payment (we provide a link upon confirmation).


A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total value is required at the time of booking.


If a booking is made within 30 days of the rental start date, full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise indicated. The contract between us is made when we issue your confirmation invoice.

 

Damage Deposit


In addition to the rental, delivery and set up, we require a refundable damage deposit of £80-£200 depending on the equipment rented. This deposit is to ensure the return of ALL equipment in a clean and good condition. Where equipment is missing or damaged, we may withold all or part of the deposit.

 

Deposits are returned within 7 working days of completion of the rental period by bank deposit or transfer.
